By accessing or using ClawSauce Lab, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and login credentials used to create and manage your ClawSauce Lab account.

When you connect one or more TikTok Business Accounts to ClawSauce Lab through TikTok's OAuth authorization flow, we access and store the following categories of data as authorized by you and permitted by TikTok's Platform Terms:

• User Profile Information: TikTok display name, username/handle, profile avatar, and account identifiers.
• Video Metadata: Video titles, descriptions, hashtags, captions, cover images, and publishing timestamps.
• Video Analytics: View counts, likes, comments, shares, engagement rates, watch time metrics, and audience demographic data (age, gender, geography) as provided by TikTok's API.
• TikTok Shop Data: Product listings, order information, revenue figures, and related commerce data associated with connected TikTok Shop accounts.
• Posting Data: Content you create, schedule, or publish through the Platform to your connected TikTok accounts.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and interaction patterns within the Platform.
• Device and Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Platform Functionality: To provide multi-brand TikTok account management, content scheduling, publishing, and analytics aggregation.
• Performance Tracking: To display video performance metrics, audience insights, and TikTok Shop analytics across your connected accounts.
• Account Management: To authenticate your identity, manage your account, and provide customer support.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve Platform features and performance.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Storage Infrastructure

All data collected through the Platform, including data obtained via TikTok's API, is stored on private, locally-managed infrastructure operated by ClawSauce AI. We do not use public cloud hosting services for TikTok API data storage.

3.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
• Access controls and authentication requirements
• Regular security assessments
• Network monitoring and intrusion detection

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus 30 days following account closure.
• TikTok API Data: Retained only as long as necessary to provide Platform services. Upon disconnection of a TikTok account or account deletion, associated TikTok data is deleted within 30 days.
• Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security and operational purposes.

We will also delete data in accordance with TikTok's data deletion requirements and Platform Terms.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 General Rights

• Disconnect TikTok accounts from the Platform, which will cease further data collection from those accounts.
